$265,000. (we're going to list it at $275k tho) Wychwood Co-op at 8 Barstow Road $479.00 maintance. It's an old hotel from the 1900s turned into co-ops

ETA we have a storage container you can rent in the basement for $400 a year and free bike storage for everyone. The basement is huge!

we're in the process of re-doing the bathroom but this is what it looked like when we bought it:

I should add that we are in no rush if there isnt a need to rush. We are moving in with my parents while we look around for a house so we are willing to sell anytime over the next 6 mos.

Thanks!!!! I am so sad to leave, I really am. I think I might actually start a thread about that b.c I really wish we could stay, but its time to move on!
