Here is the lobby where you walk in,

the entrance in the lobby to the rose garden where their are grills and picinic tables. The grilling area comes with the charcoal, lighter and all supplies to cook, just bring the food!

actually we just started, we didnt list it yet :)

My husband wants to get a realtor, I really havent had the best experience with them though so I'm debating. I would be willing to list it with a realtor if I found one that would do the credit checks and stuff like that, but the ones we dealt with when we were looking for a place were complete idiots and turned me off. One didnt know where anything was, she was all turned around, driving in circles, we would walk into an apt and she would tell me it was a modern kitchen, Yes MODERN in 1987! Stuff like that. I guess we will. I also dont want to up the price too much and we will have to raise it if we get a realtor.

I dont know-if anyone has advice I would love some! lol

Oh I forgot to add:

The building recently started allowing cats, but not dogs.

The maintance covers heating the apartment (along with the barbq equipment, gardens, and anything you want to fix in your apartment i.e. leaks etc. )
