I can no longer sleep. I am having the hardest time falling asleep this past week. Everytime I try, my mind starts to go crazy with thoughts of what needs to be done. I cannot go on the next 89 days with a few hours of sleep... Does anyone have any ideas?

Write down everything that is on your mind. Just make a list until you can't think of anything else. I would do this everynight because I was having so many problems sleeping. Also, have a slug of alcohol to take the edge off! (Just kidding)

Seriously, writing it down helps me a lot. Otherwise I can stay up all night worrying. Also, Tylenol PM is supposed to be good and non-addictive. I haven't tried it personally but I have heard it is good.

this happened to me when i hit the two month mark. after about a week the anxiety went away... it helped to get a few things done off the wedding planning list to feel better about the stress.... dont worry it gets better... and write to us about your questions and we'll help you feel better

It happened to me too around the time we were getting the invitations out. Then it got better. Then 2 weeks before the wedding both of us weren't sleeping and just thinking about everything.
We started writing a list of things to do everyday up until the wedding. This helped us prioritize because there were certain things that needed to be done 10 days before the wedding, some 3 days before, and so on. It was nice to have a 2 week calendar with everything written on there. Crossing those things off was the greatest feeling.

I agree with all the ladies about writing things down. Hopefully that will help get you off to a good nights sleep!
