I CHANGED MY NAME TONIGHT AT THE DMV! (and all it cost was $10 and 2 hours of waiting on a CRAZY line at the Garden City location!) I now know why people decided to keep their maiden names and after that line, it's totally justified!
but, I did it, and now it's official! yay! 2 weeks till it comes in the mail! I hope my picture came out nice, they needed to take a new one and it was after a whole day of work

thanks I always thought it was silly when people would say they put it off for several months but the DMV caused me lots of aggravation, it was tough waiting around there for SOOOOO LONG!! But in the end, it's all good!

I went to the Garden City one too... waited 90 minutes. Ridiculous!!! And my picture came out terrible!

oh, I need to do that next! I'm thinking the Long Beach one since that's the only one I know of also I guess I need to go to the post office to change the name on my passport. Hmm what else, ahhh yes credit cards.. Seriously all this stuff should be automatic when you say 'I do'
