It's official.... Fh and I are homeowners :)

We had closing tonnight, it was freakin 4 hours of signing papers and initializing, but it was all worth it, we ownn a home, We jsut went out to dinner to celebrate, We are so overjoyed, we are jumping all around the house :)

I didnt even need to find it.... it's been in my family for over 60 years, my grandfather owned it (my mommy grew up in it), he passed away, and my parents bought it just to keep it) but never lived here) they fixed it up and everything in it is new, fh and I have been renting it for the past year, and NOW WE OWN IT......lol
