NOT to be the enemy, but it seems like Fox is trying to raise prices, which in turn would raise all of our prices (the end customer). So they are taking a stand.

From what I've been reading, when Fox's contract comes up with Cablevision, Fios, or any other channel, the same thing will happen.

I would rather they try to fight it, and I have to watch tv online, than have to pay more on my already-expensive bill!

(and no, I don't work for TWC!)

Ditto! I remember them putting the flyer in with my bill should they roll over or take a stand? I guess most of their customers said take a stand. And I have to agree. Besides, I could definitely do without Fox News Channel. 'Fair and balanced' my arse!

i work for a cable company and you would all be surprised how often this happens when contracts are up (its actually my department). this is just a lot louder than others cause its one of the biggest cable companies and the biggest broadcasters! All cable companies, phone company tv (booo!) companies are having the same things now!
