I remember seeing Xmas stuff up right after Labor Day in some of the stores....now that was starting too early!!!

UGH!!!! Christmas has become so commercial. I can't stand celebrating anymore, it doesn't mean anything. I was in Micheals before Halloween and the x-mas trees were out!! Macy's was also hanging their decorations the Friday after Columbus Day!!

I couldn't believe it but when I went to Roosevelt Field last Saturday, Santa was actually there!! Elves and all, under the Christmas tree. He was sitting there doing nothing each time I passed by because I'm sure nobody has even planned on bringing the kids to see Santa yet. Excuse me but aren't we rushing things a bit? It's not even Thanksgiving week yet

OMG - I KNOW!!! This past weekend it was so nice out that a lot of people started putting up their Christmas decorations...AND LIGHTED THEM UP!!!! Tooooooo early!
