Mondays are the worst/busiest days at my job and I am absolutely effing fed up

Apparently I am days ahead of everyone else in terms of workload and while I sit here and bust my azz everyone else if BSing and not doing shitt!! I have been keeping my cool for the last few weeks and now I am just fuming!!! I mean, its not like I'm a little ahead or do my work super fast; everyone else is just NOT DOING ANYTHING!! And I can see what everyone's workload is due to a new system we use.

I am totally speaking to my boss today. I hope one of the other jobs I intereviewed for calls me back.

My back is killing me from carrying the whole department

So sorry!! I have been there before, and it's the worst thing ever!! Whenever that has happened to me, I had to quit the job because it's not worth the frustration.

Thats a tough spot to be in! I'm sorry about that. I think its great that you are going to take the upper hand & make your boss aware of the situation especially if your system backs up your claim!!! Def go for it & I will keep my fingers crossed that you find something soon!
