toward the back of most bridla magazines they have dates for the big expos. Also on this site and others if you look for local services you can see a list of shows. i've also found out about some from direct mail and calls from bands and DJs who are performing at these events

up on top, if you go under vendors, then there is a showcase link to the far left & click on that...That lists all the ones the LIW knows about

I've also been finding out from individual vendors who send postcards and stuff about where they will be.
