I've been home for almost an hour and a half and.......

still no trick-o-treaters : ( This is our first Halloween in our new house and I have TONS of bagged candy to give out....I hope they come soon! I guess it's because there aren't any kids on my block : (

I've been here since 2:30 and I have gotten 3 trick or treaters.. I made like a zillion candy bags up .. I hope people come!!

They will come-there's only been 2 kids at our house so far. I think a lot of them are waiting until it's dark. Don't worry I'm sure at like 9:00 you will have a bunch of older kids. Plus, it's the weekend tomorrow so they don't need to go out so early. You will have trick-or-treaters!

i have had about 25 kids or so. i have to tell you i TOTALLY LOVE halloween. the kids are so excited and it makes me so happy!!

Update: We've had about 10 so far.....around here they DON'T come around after it's dark....I have a half hour of hope left lol

I gave each of those kids TWO bags....I don't want all this candy left in my house!

Me neither. We hardly ever get trick or treaters. We've been here four years and we buy candy every year. I think in all the years we've been here we've gotten 4 trick or treaters total.

oh man that stinks, we had about 40 kids total
i still have alot left over.

My sister said she had hardly any.

I am on the middle of my block...maybe thats why

We live in a complex and I was hoping since a few new families have moved in we'd get a few kids and we had zero. DH's friend and his fiance stoped by to show off their costumes so we gave them half a bag of fun size twix!!!

We had a total of 5 kids throughout all of yesterday!! Being that Halloween fell on a Friday this year, I really thought we'd have a lot more!!

We have sooo much candy left over. Fortunately I don't like a lot of the candy we bought, or else I would be chowing down lol

It's our first Halloween in our new apt. And just when the doorbell rang I was in the bathroom.
So they left by the time I got to the door I was standing outside with all the candy and no kids.
