I've gotten a few pick me ups in the last week

My medication has been touch and go and we are still tinkering with the dose. But just when I needed a pick me up I found out that I was named as a co-chair of the Workers' Comp and Social Security Lawyers Committee at the Suffolk County Bar Association. I was not sure if I was in the running but I wanted it. Then I was notified that I was also appointed to the grievance committee (reviewing complaints against attorneys). I have always wanted to participate in that. I guess it will be a busy year but it will be interesting.

Thanks everyone. I've always been on the committees that allow people to just sign up, but now I am being put into spots that require appointment. I guess I have to stop wearing sweats to meetings (just kidding).
