I've heard of letting BM's pick the style of the dress........

but what about the color????? Because I just found out last night that my SISTER (MOH) is mad at me because I just told them what color they were going to wear..........and that I didn't let them have a say in the color.........hmmmm when she got married I didn't ask to wear eggplant

So after yesterday's drama, this is now the newest drama I have to deal with.

Just ignore it. I know it's your sister but SHYT if she didn't like it so much she had MONTHS to speak up!

I have never heard of them picking the colors ...the dress yes. It's YOUR wedding! She had all this time to speak up

Most people are usually happy that you let them pick the style, so that it can flatter their body. I wouldn't worry to much about it, people always have something to say and it's impossible to please everybody.

She wouldnt be too happy if she was in my wedding then. I picked the style and color. 4 out of 5 have not even seen the dress in person yet!!! 1 sis said to me that halter is flatering and another said she wanted straps. Tough they are all wearing strapless with sweetheart neckline!!! ( They can ad the straps themselves if they want)
I placed the order myself also. Roll on August when they see them for the 1st time!!!

That's ridiculous - I didn't let them pick the color, but I gave them a choice of black or platinum.

I let my BMs choose their style dress but in one color (clover). My 2 MOHs are wearing a separate style in pistachio. I hope it looks good!

ETA: I decided the color and the only ones who had input were my MOHs on their dress color.

Yeah FMIL is all 'weirded' out that I asked her to wear black to the wedding (we have a black and white theme) and we wanted the family to match our bridal party for pictures...

No girls, she's known the color since the day I got engaged. She's just bringing this up now.....with 15 days to go.

And I let them all decide on a dress. I had my two sisters and FSIL try on dresses and narrow it down to two. Then I had all of the girls vote on the two and the one with the most votes is the one they are wearing.

My sister is mad at the world right now and these are the things she finds to complain about. It's just so effing ridiculous.
