12 pounds in the last month through portion control and saying bye bye to my vitamin water and most sweets. Only 33 more to go. Only problem is that now my pants are falling down and of course I forgot to grab a belt as I was running out the door...

congrats!!! That´s amazing. Just dont´get discouraged if you loose less in the coming months. Usually the first month is much higher than the other months. about 8 pounds is the norm.

Yeah I've already noticed it gradually slowing. I lost 10 pounds in the first two weeks and then the extra 2 has beeen slowly declining.
