I picked #5, but because there's a possibility your feet could be sliding out if you have stockings on, I would go with #4 because they are so similar.

I'm torn between 2 and 3...although me and my wide feet are not big fans of pointy toed shoes...they are not made for real comfort!!

I think 3 is going to be the most comfortable and pretty. I prefer 5 but 3 has a modest heel and a comfortable style. whichever you choose will be beautiful. (im getting ballet slippers to slip into!)
