For those of you that are thinking of quitting, if I did it, you can too. And honestly, I dont even think about it too much anymore. It's getting easier and easier!

I'm going on 6 months I can't believe how fast it goes...keep sticking with it. I did it through hypnosis...didn't think it was going to work but it did I'm still smoke free....if you ever need anything just let me know it only get's easier!
