ok so i thought we decided on Italy, now FH thinks it will be too much walking and going crazy, he wants relaxation. I'm postponing my honeymoon till August, bc im taking classes, dont ask! so i run into hurricane problemsin the caribbean. he does NOT want to do aruba, for what ever reason, i know weather would be fine there but whatever. so i was looking into ixtapa-zihuatanejo( mexico) or los cabos Mexico. anyone been to either of these? anyone have any comments???? they both sound greatbut i want to hear from people who have been there or know of someone who has!!1 tia

Fh and I are waiting until November to HM due to hurricane season. IMO pick up the vacation insurance, its worth it regardless! I think Cabos would be very nice for your Happy Planning

Re: honeymoon helllpppp
How about going to Isla Margarita. It is an island off the Venezuelan coast. It is beautiful with lots to do if you want or just relax at the beach.
Or if you still want to go to Italy you could end your honeymoon by the Riviera and relax then. Just a thought

Re: ixtapa, mexico
The prob with Mexico in August is that is it hurricane season there too. my poor parents got stuck there this year in August during the hurricane. I was a mess. they had to go to the hurrican shelter on the resort & stay for the night. Though you can go & not get anything at all as well and have perfect weather
My suggestion, get travel insurance to cover that. Matter of fact I better check mines as well!

I've been there, it's gorgeous, you can see the temples and all, def. go. Yes it's hurricane season, but don't let it stop you
