We booked with them because they gave us the best price, do only one wedding per day, and the flowers just looked super fresh. However, I've been having issues setting up my design session appt - there's very limited hours during the weekdays when I'm at work, so I'll have to take a 1/2 day off of work in order to do it.
There were a lot of issues with them in the past. My friend, who was an 05 bride (perfectpair05) used them. While her flowers wound up being nice, they were rude to her and caused her a great deal of stress. They were also featured on Shame on You a few years ago. Try to do a search for them on here.
My sister used them in 2005 and got a great price - and the flowers looked beautiful. She actually recommended them to me, but I understand that they had some problems in the past. I too, heard about the shame on you thing, but not sure what happened.
My manager at work used them years ago. Bad situation & advised me not to use them... Again, I've haven't had any experiences with them- just passing on the info passed on to me!
