FH and I just got back from a meeting with Jack, we were quoted a GREAT price and left very happy but there seems to be quite a few negative reviews on here. Has anyone had personal experience with this florist both good or bad? If bad, can you please let me know exactly what went wrong?

I am booked with them as well.. my RH recommends them...so far i have had no issues with them...i had my 1st design session this past tuesday and patty was great!! go with your gut...every vendor is going to get negative reviews everywhere.... i've gotten FM and feedback from many brides that had NO issues with J & R .. and im pretty sure i will be one of them....

They were beyond AMAZING for my wedding. We did not have single problem with them ever and my flowers arrived early, they were gorgeous and bright, and lasted forever - and my wedding was on the the hottest day of the summer. You have nothing to worry about.
