I have been tro both and there both fantastic but pricey. I would have signed with Flowers by Michele but Burton's saved me about $300. I really loved Michele's...
Have you made appointments yet??

I second waht Jackie said.

I've been to both, I was way more impressed with Flower Michelle's ideas and working off MY ideas but they were too pricey.

I ended up booking Burton's and got a FANTASTIC price and they were just as good about ideas as Flower Michelle.

My suggestion is to meet with Burton's before you book anyone.

Good luck!

We had appt with both J&R and FM. I have to say after meeting with John I knew he was for us. It is very important to me to be confident in the people we choose as vendors for our wedding. John was awesome. Very Real, and not pushy. He had good ideas and listened to mine. I was even impressed that he asked me questions about my dress. I am happy we chose him. I felt John's prices were fair. We met with another vendor who wanted to charge us double for the same the topiary that John is creating. She also wanted 250-600 for my Boo-k.

As far as J&R. Well I was a little turned off when I spoke with the gentleman who made my appointment. He was very sales oriented. Friendly mind you but going for the sale. Something he said concerned me. He mentioned a shop they had in Queens (Church in Qu) that would supply my flowers. Hmmm Did that mean Jack wasn't going to be my coordnator.? A question I had for our meeting. They kind of sounded like a factory. Somehting to keep in mind.

Don't go my my opinion. I never met them personally, just the impression I received through interaction.

Good Luck

Ive had some trouble getting in touch with J and R the last few days. But when I spoke with someone, I asked if the suffolk location was available for my wedding, (b.c the woodbury location is booked ) where exactly is it? is it close enough? is it eastern suffolk? the woman would not answer me after asking several times. At first I thought she misunderstood me, she didnt.
