Oh no!! She isn't on because he got her sick from his cooking??

oohhh. i was just gonna update. he did SOOOO good! really impressed me! he was in the kitchen for over 3 hours! ha

4 course dinner!! all vegetarian! and no pasta (i said no pasta)

ok, so i dont actually know the exact ingredients but everything was so tasty and yummy....here is what i remember

course 1 - white beans w/ broccoli rabe, garlic, cooked plum tomatoes, etc

course 2 - broccoli florets w/ feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, toasted sunflower seeds, etc

course 3 - stuffed tomato w a cheese mixture with zucchini, corn, etc

course 4 - dessert - BANANA, CHOCOLATE CHIP AND HONEY PANINI. YUMMMMMMMM (i want another one tonight!!)

oh, and we had yummy margaritas too! yum yum
