January girls, where are we?

I am trying to keep up with the old planning stuff, so wanted to see where you guys were
so far i have
church
pre-cana starts in September
reception
honeymoon
flowers...Just booked Jack and Rose, loved him!
dj
photographer
my dress is ordered
got my shoes and veil
booked my hairstylist
no tiara yet
he has his tux
no shoes
my BM's have not all gone for their dresses yet
i do have most of their gifts
GM's gifts are bought
i have the bathroom and program baskets
got my invitations
am making the direction/hotel cards
i got the placecard holders
got the wine for our favors
got the cake set/toasting flutes/ringbearer pillow

and that's all she wrote, except for the lists i have everywhere
am i ahead or behind, any ideas ladies?

Hey girl! 1/9 here......

my pre-cana is in October. We applied for the pre-cana 8 weeks ago & Sept was already filled. There's one in Oct, then again in Dec....that's it for the weekend ones, so we begged for Otober!

Also a Jack & Rode bride, and we have our 1st design session with him in October as well.

Got all invites & stuff already (with direction cards as well.)
Baskets done
I am not doing programs, I am doing billbnoards (it goes with our 40's movie theme) and those are almost done as well.
GM gifts have been ordered & should be in in the end of Sept (with engraving)
BM gifts bought
Rings ordered (they are custom rings, so I actually did this a while ago)
HM booked
favors have been bought this past week
boys have their tux fitting next week

GET ON THOSE BMS!!!! if there is (heaven forbid) a probelem with a dress you might be cutting it too close. Tell them to get there & get a dress

Also, did you get your limos yet? and what about a place to stay for your wedding night?

I met with my BM last week to go over the finer details of the reception & to begin discussing what I want our cake to look like. Meeting with our priest the week after the pre-cana is over to write our vows & pic our readings. Also we need to coordinate our musicians and florist with his schedule.

You sound very much on schedule....did you create your registry yet? You may want to do that before things get hectic.
