January mommies-to-be

Just wondering how my fellow January mommies-to-be are doing? Can you beleive that time is almost up?

I'm starting to get really nervous because I can't seem to work any of Madeleine's things (like her carseat, pack-n-play... you name it). I feel so foolish! At least DH seems to figure out how to work these crazy contraptions... I feel like I'm getting dumber by the minute...

I'm doing ok... I was hoping he'd be here already, but I guess not!

I'm actually going to the Dr at 12:00pm today because I was bleeding this morning for a little while. Nothing heavy, but they want to check anyway. I've felt the baby a few times since then, so I'm sure he's ok. I just love internal exams.

I haven't even opened the boxes to the carseat, playard or swing yet! I'm still trying to figure out where I should keep everything before we open them up. I have to clean my car out first before we can put the car seat in it. My backseat is covered in dog hair! We have 2 huskies that go for rides with us in the car.

I really want him to come out already. I feel guilty about it, but I am just sooo uncomfortable. With my luck, I'll be late delivering.

Aw, you're not dumb!! Trust me, I was brain dead (and still pretty much am) right up until I had Gianna!! And I still can't figure out how to adjust the straps on her carseat carrier!!!

Don't worry, everything will fall into place and you're going to be a PRO at everything ASAP!!!

I can't believe your little baby will be here soon!!! How are you feeling? What hospital are you going to? Sit back and enjoy these last few weeks!

DH just had to open everything up immediately and put everything together… what a joy that was! Last night he put together the changing table and needless to say he was not fun to be around! Next, and thank god, last thing to be put together is the crib… not looking forward to that at all!

I think I’ve had it with being pregnant! I’ll probably be late as well! But I’m feeling okay, I guess. Just waiting for this crazy ride to be over! Some days I want her to stay right where she is and others I want her out immediately…
