January Prices 2013 in Nassau

Hello everyone,

I am so new to this process and am finding it overwhelming at times. I have started looking at places online and find the blogs helpful. My Fiance works evenings so I will be doing most of the planning any help would greatly be accepted.

Looking for January 2013 in Nassau... Does anyone have prices? I really would like a place with high ceilings or windows, not to feel caged in.

Also, Douglaston Manor has a high ceiling.

Hi and welcome! I'm getting married in January 2013 and I have pricing for places in Nassau...what type of RH are you looking for...mansion, country club etc and how much are you looking to spend?

Anything 120 and under. As long as the venue has high ceilings I would be interested. Thank you

Congrats!!! I wish I could help but I didnt look at any places in Nassau! However January prices are most inexpensive so you should have plenty of options in your price range!

Woodbury barely makes the Nassau cutoff but has a LOT of nice venues!

We looked @ the first 2 and they had really nice grounds with windows. Not sure of pricing for that time of year.

If your looking to stay under 120 for January you going to have a lot of options!

The Inn @ New Hyde Park
Carltun on the Park
Carlyle on the Green (I think I remember it having high ceilings)

I might be bias but -

Douglaston Manor has beautiful, high arched ceilings with the exposed woodbeams. Works great if you are looking for rustic or something mansion like. Def. under $120 per person.
