Jean M Essentials

I ordered my invitations from Jean M. I really liked how you can 'design' your invitations and I've seen a lot of positive feedback from people. This past weekend, I decided to put the response cards together with the envelopes and I was short 9 envelopes. I sent them an e-mail Sunday and I even called them on Monday. They were extremely helpful and said that I'll get the envelopes by Friday. Today, I come home and there's the little box from Jean M. Oh cool, the envelopes. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! I open the box and there was another box inside with wedding wish cards with someone else's name and wedding date. No envelopes.

How on God's green earth can a mistake like this happen? Don't they freakin check these things before they go out? Apparently not. I can understand miscounting envelopes, but this???? I'm going to count all my invitations, inner and outer envelopes to make sure that they're all there. Good god, if they're not, God help them!!!!!

Well I called them up and the guy that I spoke to was speechless, he couldn't believe the mistake that was made. He apologized and said that the envelopes would be sent overnight and I should get them Friday. Lets see, this is going to be interesting

I still can't believe it. I had to keep looking at those cards to make sure I wasn't hallucinating
Like I told the customer service rep, I heard a lot of good things about your company, I loved the product that's why I went with you, but to make such a huge mistake like that.
I don't know maybe the person packing up my package was drinking or something
