Jedediah Hawkins

Does anyone have information on Jedediah Hawkins in Jamesport? A coworker mentioned this location, however besides the website I could not find much information. I also found a review that said the location has been closed. Has it reopened?

That is so funny. Strange, maybe they are closed. My coworker said it is a gorgous place, but she has not been there in a while. My search continues...

I am looking into alternatives to catering halls. I want a modern loft atmosphere, however I think I will be way over budget if I have to rent chairs, tables, linens, etc. I was also looking into Water's Edge. I would love to split the reception between the restaurant and boat. Has anyone done this?

I am looking into alternatives to catering halls. I have worked at a catering hall for many years, and while it is one of the best halls out there as far as food and service, I want something different for my wedding. I want a modern loft atmosphere, however I think I will be way over budget if I have to rent chairs, tables, linens, etc. I was also looking into Water's Edge. I would love to split the reception between the restaurant and boat. Has anyone done this?

My mom went there for me, they do have a boat you can rent and you can use it for whatever, she wanted it for an after party. Howmany peeps will it be? There is this great rest called bubby's in dumbo that overlooks the bridge.

I would love to keep the guest list to 150. I love your taste in RH. I looked into Bubby's. A friend of mine attended a wedding there last month. She said it was great, however all party's must end by 11:30. I feel this is too early. I have many party animal friends...lol

Re: Jedediah Hawkins

My fiance and I went there last year to look at the venue and it was fabulous. Tried to see the place again this year but like one of the message above said that it is under new ownership.

So far they no longer at this moment do catering for weddings as they don't hold a license or something to that effect--(according to my fiance when he spoke to someone early spring this year).

Too bad because we really fell in love with the place. We ended up searching for other places then.
