I havebeen trying to open up her WINZIP file and it wont work. It keeps saying I have to buy Winzip. I just want to take the pictures and make an album on shutterfly, but I cant dl and open them. What am i doing wrong??? Did you all buy winzip to open? helppp this is so annoying.

And then it dled and opened up? It's a zip file right? How did it open? Do you have winzip already installed in your comp? I dont get why I cant open the file.

IDK I have a mac n when I first received the email i just pushed download but I had tried to download it again cause I think I might have deleted some pics on accident and I have been having trouble trying to download it again

the file only lasts for 14 days. If you need her to send it t you again, she did that to me twice hahah it just wont work! ill try it on my sister's mac maybe

I received it in a zip file as well, have you ever been able to download zip files before? I'm not sure how big the files are but you can try to ask her to send individually or send you a disc instead?
