Has anyone used Jenn from Hair Genie? I found out shes available for my wedding but havent heard back from her in 2 weeks to talk about a trial appointment. Is that normal? What did the girls that are using her think of her work?

I'm using Jenn. I think she only checks her email once a week, it seems she's really busy. Maybe try emailing her one more time and see if she gets back to you this time.

I have been trying to contact both of them as well and I finally received an email today. Their friend's father past away last week so they were unable to answer any emails. im sure you will be hearing from them in the new few days.

I used her. She was fantastic. Not only did I love my hair for my wedding but she was so helpful with getting me ready! Her and Oksana seriously made my day
