Has anybody tried to reach Jenn and Oksana lately? I tried to contact them but have not heard back from them and was wondering if anyone knew if maybe they were away, etc.?

It took a little bit of time for them to get back to me, too... however, IMO, they are WORTH the wait!!

okay great thanks....I just wanted to be sure that everything was ok. I will follow up with another email to them maybe on Friday if I don't hear from them.

I was having the same problem, but I got an auto response from Jenn that she will be back on Jan. 7th (and then I heard from her) so maybe they're just sorting through everything and will get back to you soon.
