Jenn P...Carnival Cruise Questions...

Jenn P I know you had mentioned that you went on a Carnival Cruise (the same one we are going on) and I had some questions. What tour did you take in New Orleans and how long did it take? We would like to make reservations for Emeril's restuarant but need to know what time to book it for. Also what form of transporation did you take (or did you walk?) and are taxi's easy to flag down? Thanks for all your help!!!
