Morning sickness - do you think it's hereditary? I have heard of many women not having it and neither did their mother's/grandmothers. I did and so did my sister (horribly). Discovered my mother and grandmother did too.

I have 2 kids and I had not one single moment of m/s with my first (boy) and horrid m/s with my 2nd (girl) - how does that factor into the theory? I honestly thought you were either predisposed to it or not - until I was preggo with #2. Alot of people say it has to do with the gender. When I would say I had m/s, alot of people nodded and said 'youre having a girl' and I did. But I know many people who had girls who had none.
