fh and i actually met when i was born hes a year older).. our dads have always know each other because they are both volunteer firemen...but when my parents got divorced we weren't really around firehouse people anymore.. soo at 14 i was at the beach club and fh was 15 at the time and had a huge crush on me (we joke about it now).. but he never spoke to me.. i obvi knew who he was and everything it was just awkward i guess..then a few years later my grandfather was rushed to the hospital and when we met the ambulance there i saw this very cute boy.. so i was like omg is that bryan.. he had joined the firehouse and went on the call.. i couldnt believe it was him.. meanwhile my friend brad had also joined the fd.. so i told him i was interested.. so after a couple of nights stalking with my friend crissy.. it was finally my birthday and brad had a huge house party.. so it was there bry and i were reacquainted and he got my number from brad and called me at 10:00 am the next morning..

ohh and the best part.. 3 days later he was like i have something for you.. and i was like ok weirdo.. its been 3 days.. haha but it was a baby picture of the 2 of us sitting on my dads lap.. i couldnt believe it.. i carry it around with me and we both have a copy of it on our headboards.. its fate.. i just love it..

Are you kidding? That's honestly one of the best 'how I met my husband' stories I've ever heard. With the baby pictures? And the, him being a volunteer firefighter and happening to come to your grandfather's rescue while you happened to be with your grandfather? AWESOME. Congratulations and happy planning!

yeah i was just thinking that!! FH and I dont really have a cool story - we met through mutual friends at 15 and cant really remember the exact first time we met - i always joke around about stealing someone else's 'how we met' story - i think i might have to steal yours!!!!
