Jericho Terrace

Hey everyone, I am hopefully booking my RH soon and wanted to know what people thought of the Jericho Terrace. If you have been there for weddings or if anyone had their wedding there/ planning to have it there.

I would like to know anying thing you can tell me. How the food is, how willing are they to work with you on price, how flexible they are, how helpful they are with the planning, and anything else anyone can think of.....Thanks!

Re: Jericho Terrace

Hi
We had our wedding at Jericho Terrace and it was beyond our expectation ! We booked with Robert (the General Manager) and he is wonderful ! The food is excellent and our guests still rave about it ! the service on our wedding day is beyond expectation !
We booked on a Sunday night (5.24.2009) and we paid $135.00 pp which included the viennese hour and martini bar.
Robert is very flexible with us ! He worked out a great price which includes a lot of things on our menu . I didn't use their wedding planner, Francesca but my other friends use her for her wedding at JT and she is amazing ! She helps you from the start to finish.
From the first day that we book with JT to the end, we did not regret one thing at all. Their service and staff are great ! Everything was on time at our wedding and
we cannot thank them enough for the service that we received !
You will not regret booking with JT ! Many other brides will agree with me on this !

Our friends got married there on 11.01.08 and it was one of the best weddings I've ever been to! The cocktail and Viennese hours were insane!! Everyone still raves about their wedding and the bride mentioned how helpful and attentive the staff was with them. I'm actually going there next week to price it out for myself!

So far, I've heard NOTHING bad about it. A friend recently went to a wedding there and raved about the food. And there is TONS of it. We're getting 9 entree choices which was a huge plus for JT. I love love love the dome room and the Skylight room, that's what really sold it for me. Aside from the fact that Rob, the GM, is one of the nicest vendors I've met with thus far. He really wants to make your wedding your own. We're having an Irish mixed grill station at our CH for all FH's family from Ireland! Now one thing I don't like is they are very limited with the outdoor space. There is only a small portion to take pictures, but in the end, I know it doesn't really matter. At least I don't have to weather stalk! Definitely go check them out, you won't be sorry!

I absolutely loved JT when I was going to see halls! I booked with The Swan Club b/c of the ceremony room and the outdoor grounds. The overall feel was more with what I wanted in terms of pics and the gardeny look. Otherwise, you really can't go wrong with JT.

Re: Jericho Terrace

i've been there to a friends wedding in July i think. The place is beautiful, love the huge room!!! the only thing they messed up with was the cake. it was suppose to be white with red and instead it was with pink -not her color. also they don't allow shots, i dont know if that matters! but everyone had a great time.

Re: Jericho Terrace

I'm a little bias but JT is AMAZING! The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! My FMIL just went to the wedding there and she said she literally couldn't say 1 bad thing about the place. Each tables gets their own servers, cocktail hour everyone has a seat, it goes on and on! They work with you on price and will sit down and take their time with you. They are SO helpful with any questions that I have. The wedding planner there too is there to help you with any questions that you may have. DEF worth looking at. and if you are having a big wedding, they JUST re-did the Penthouse room and the first wedding there was April 3rd. It's BREATHTAKING! I think they are having a bridal showcase next week (you can go on the website and check), it's worth going to the showcase.

We met with Anthony and he was awesome. WE got an awesome deal for a Saturday Day wedding in July. Yes, they throw in tons of stuff. There was nothing I could have even thought of that was left out. We are definitly getting the most for our money here. The price is amazing for all you get!! I couldnt be happier with my choice.

Re: Jericho Terrace

We looked at Jericho Terrace and loved it - the decor was beautiful, they give you soooo much food and the BM we met with was really nice. There were 2 things that kept us from booking there - 1 was FH's cousin got married there years ago and 2 - we felt uncomfortable with how many weddings were going on at the same time when we walked in. We were walking in between 2 weddings and the brides were running into each other. It might have only been that day that it was like this but it kind of threw us off. Sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone that is booking at JT, just wanted to let you know my experience. Everything else seems really awesome there though.

I am getting married at Chateau Briand that also has more than 1 wedding at a time but we felt a little bit more comfortable that the weddings were really separate and I wouldn't see another bride there that day.

Good luck.

I agree with everyone. From the moment FH and I walked in JT we were amazed. Anthony (BM) made us feel very relaxed and has been very helpful through the planning. I will be attending a wedding there next Saturday so I get to witness the thrill of JT. I am sooooo happy to have decided on JT and can't wait for JULY 10, 2010!!!!!
