Jericho Terrace BM

Okay, I just found out yesterday that my BM in JT is no longer working there, I have been trying to reach him for the past 3 months but no one told us anything...
So finally the receptionist told us yesterday and gave us another BM's name but we can't reach him neither! We left message everyday and so far no one call us back...
I can only stop by there at Sat. but they are usually very busy on weekend.
They told me the offical will call us 6 WEEK before the wedding but I think it is a bit too late.( they didn't give me any infro. of him.)
What should I do?????

Id go down there...and make sure I was seen!! Dont worry if its a weekend..someone will help you!!

I would go there on the weekend, someone will help you. I called to go take a tour and they TOLD me to come in on a saturday

sorry to hear your BM left =( I have been using Mike Closs since day one...maybe you can ask for him.....they need to assign you someone. I say if you've been calling and getting no response...go there! Maybe call before hand and ask which BM is there....then when you go...ask for him personally and explain your situation. JT is usually very accomodating! GOOD LUCK!

the same thing happened to me, i am getting married at the Woodlands, i fell in love with Maureen, who basically sold us the place and then i went to call her like 9 months later and she is gone, i was sad..now it does not feel the same i still love the place but the new people are not as nice and they told me 6 weeks before to...and let me tell you as a girl who likes to have things done that does not rest well with me....good luck

Try to keep calling....I didn't meet with them to do the menu and everything until about 6 weeks before the wedding either. I had no problems what so ever! Then I went again the week of the wedding to bring all of my stuff and hand in the seating chart and guest list. Everything will be ok.

sorry to hear about your BM leaving. I've heard amazing things about Mike Closs. try him
I hope that your BM was Chad Cutler.. as he was our BM and he was terrrible! with all the hidden lies.. we found out too late. Btw, I LOVE JERICHO TERRACE! it's just Chad that was horrible!

Not a JT Bride, but just wanted to send some because I know how you feel!!!

The BM that we booked with mysteriously vanished shortly after we booked with our hall.

He went on 'vacation' to visit his family in his home country .... and supposedly they never heard from him.

FH says maybe he was kidnapped by aboriginies.

Now we are dealing with the General Manager at the hall.

We had a big long meeting with her to go over all the details of things that we were promised by the BM. Some of them we were able to carry forward. Others were things that must have just been in his imagination. But now we have EVERY little detail in writing.

Hmm Chad was awful??? That's funny. We're using him right now and he's been nothing but helpful to us. Most times we went in there - we didnt make appts, and he still saw us every time. Sorry about your bad experience with him.

Should I be worried now??

well, we swore up & down that Chad was nice.. until we got to our appt. to pick out our menu.. and that's where we found out a lot about some stuff about our per person $$. total used car salesman approach. And you can print out this comment of mine and take it straight to him.. as I don't give a rats azz! no offense

now, JT is amazing! I LOVE Jericho Terrace.. beautiful place.. I would re-do my wedding there again & again!

i'm not going to get into it with you, however, I never called anyone a 6 yr old on this site. so do not put words in my mouth. I stated my experience with my BM @ JT for my wedding.. like it or not. you're experience with him may be different than mine.

If you're going to make negative remarks about a BM at a certain RH, you must have a valid reason as to why this person isnt good. Not getting into it, isn't helping your negative remarks.

I have been calling him for a while and he has been on vacation. I went in person and his things were still there.
Chad was great when we went he talked to us in detail about everything. and thats why they give you the book so you have no surprises in the end when it comes to your menu.

It clearly says how many options/entries etc you have before Anna or the other Planner contacts you to finalize your menu.

Im so confused about all this and why the drama. Im sure if he is gone then any other BM can help. I called and talked to Vinny and Robert and they were great too.

But from all I loved Chad I would hate to hear that he is truly gone. Can someone verify if he is gone.

My BM is Mike Closs...He is AWESOME!!!!!!..I have dealt with Chad as well...and he has been a sweetheart...But MIKE CLOSS is the BOMB!!!!!!!! I love him, he has worked with us through out through this thing.
