umm I do have a valid reason.. and I stated briefly what it was. If I didn't have one I wouldn't post a comment. if anyone wants to know in detail suchas the original poster she can FM me.


I truly believe some brides do not like to hear the bad stuff about the people that they're using.. but this is a public forum.. & we all have to accept the good, bad & the ugly & make our own decisions based on our experiences with certain vendors.

Seriously?? That's a valid brief reason???? This is a board isnt it????? This is why people post in the PUBLIC FORUM right??? And not private FM. If you have a problem with YOUR BM at YOUR wedding, and wanted to share details why not send her a FM just like you stated? Or why not send ME a FM and explain your negativity towards your BM???

ggcopying - I hope things work out for you and your BM. Your wedding will be beautiful regardless. Everything always falls into place.

My BM was Mike Tinnelli. He was nice. we have been trying to reach him the past 3 months and never heard from him, and just recently found out he is no longer working there.
and the funny thing is, we have been mailing our check to his attention in the past 6 months.

I have hope for JT, I think it is a great place.
and I wasnt' worry until FH told me he left them a message everyday and no one called him back. and he tried to make an appt. and the receptionist told him that there was a party going on and everyone was busy so he couldn't make any appt.

We want to talk to the BM is not about our menu/cake/details. We want to find out who is going to marry us since we are having our ceremony there and I would like to talk to the offical. We just want to have an idea what kind of ceremony we are going to have. I am stress out and really worry...and trust me, FH and the receptionist's conversation was polite. (She is nice too) but just we can't find anyone to talk to...


P.S. I am sorry that some of you got angry in ths topic. I didnt' mean to start any problem. I am jsut a stress out bride....

i think at this point you should be planning your ceremony & reception details with your Maitre D'.
We had Linda as ours and she was off the hook!
being that you are not trying to renegoiate your contract, there's no need to go thru your BM. When finalizing your ceremony and reception, you will need to discuss the details with your Maitre D.

good luck and there's no need to worry. You have your contract & that's pretty much written in stone. now time to enjoy the rest of your planning!

Gloria 1st off let me send you some of these Secondly, I would recommend calling JT again. Let whoever answers the phone know you have called numerous times and told you'd be called back to no avail. Then tell them you would like an appointment to come to talk to your new BM. Scott & I have been working with Anthony P and we like him. We meet with 2 others before him but we didn't feel like it was a match. Like a RH some BM will make some people & some . You just have to find the right match for you & your FH. HTH Best of luck!

sorry to hear that you canceled your contract b/c of him.. but I'm glad to see that you had an amazing wedding! congrats!

but Chad is a doozy! when we go there to pick out our menu..he was there and soon as we went in the back office he made like a bad check and bounced! when we were finished fighting with poor Anna he was long gone! he knew darn well that we were gonna have a few words with him and just left! Anna was sooo frustrated b/c we werent the first of clients to have an issue with our pp $$. She said to us that she dislikes dealing with his clients due to the financial discrepancies.

But at the end of the day, we had an amazing wedding due to JT & our Maitre D Linda! oh & to the poster who said that I was upset that Chad didn't treat us nice & that's why I'm mad... well he smothered us with his charm up until the very end.. but who knew??!!!

sorry you also had a bad experiance with him...he is just way too sleazy for me and he made us so upset with all his pomises and lies he led me to cancel my wedding there, i just couldnt stand the way we were treated by him and he was extremely misleading. He pushed my nerves to the limit and i think im a pretty reasonable person to deal with. Any place you go to there are going to be bad people and good people, i persoanlly think the manager of JT is a very nice guy so i have nothing against the place or others there at all. Chad pushed me to my limit though. And by bringing this up i really dont mean to add fuel to the fire by any means, this is just something i feel very passionatly and strongly about. He put me through h*** and back. But it all worked out in the end so im happy.

im sorry, i didnt mean to make you nervous! If hes accomodating to all your needs and you have no problems with him, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Your wedding will be beautiful regardless if hes your BM or not! If youre happy with him then dont stress over it!

To be honest...He seems nice but I don't really know him too well and I think that is the way I will keep it! I'm sooooo glad you guys shared, b/c now I will be one step ahead of him God forbid any funny business! I will try to do as much as I can with Anna and the maitre D! Don't feel bad, honeslty I appreciate the honesty I'd rather know these things and your NOT the only one!
