Can you tell me the approximate rates and also do they provide a free shuttle and the approximate distance from JT.

hey there! we blocked our rooms for the wingate in in garden city which is really close, and also the marriott in uniondale which is fairly close as well. sorry i dont have the exact distance, i never thought about that! i got 139/night for wingate for the thurs and friday night of my wedding, and i got 129/night for the marriott for the same nights. i did block rooms a year ago though and i know that the cost has gone up. I am not sure about the shuttle either hope i was of SOME help lol!

I booked the Marriott in Uniondale, and they don't provide a shuttle. They did however pro ided me with the number for US Limos who they recommend to make pick ups/drop offs. I believe they were $150 per trip, but i don't really remember.

Also blocked rooms at the Wingate Inn for 139. I didn't even think about doing the Marriott in Uniondale!! I should have looked into that!! However we don't have too many people that will need rooms. (maybe 10 tops)
Although since you have so much time, they may not be booking 2007 yet. I would wait until next summer at the earliest.
ETA I think the approximate distance was 3 miles or less. I know I mapped it once.

Hi! I only blocked rooms at the wingate for $149. We only have a few people so I didn't think of blocking rooms at two hotels.

this is true, i dont think u can block until 1 year before or less.
