oh my goodness Dortoni's is my absolute favorite! We get all of our occasion cakes/pastries from them.

try the cannoli cake--- its FABULOUS!!! I get it all the time for everyone in the office when its their bday (maybe thats why I am the size of a house jk)

we are excited about that, and it is the first one we want to taste.

I am hoping to find a design besides the ones JT offers, I am not so found of the selections.....

I love this bakery--I go there for everything and I don't live so close. I never had anything bad--our engagement party cake came from there

Do you schedule a cake tasting through JT since they provide the cake in your contract or do you have to call Dortoni's and make an appointment??!!!

I am soo excited to see some of the cakes and hear about the raves because I am such a cake person!!!

Oh and do they charge extra if we do something other than the JT designs??

JT doesn't have cake on premises. I have to call our BM back about cost. I am pretty sure if you order cake from DOrtonis they take the cost of the cake that they include in your menu off. I am assuming the cake is 300$ - 325$ for what JT offers. We have been cake shopping, and that is just a good faith guess........

ill pay extra but i am not sure if dortoni's will do a design that i want. I procrastinated with the cake bc i always planned on getting a cake from an outside place so now i am trying to think of what to do hahaha...i gotta find a place that will do what i want and take an order with only 4 months notice

OMG!! I didn't know that Dortoni Bakery did the cakes for JT!! I am so excited now!! They are an awesome bakery!! Yes, the cannoli cake is awesome and so is the carrot cake!! There were 2 cakes that JT offered that I thought were ok but I am curious now if we could choose something other than whate they offered!! Whoever goes first, fill the rest of us in!!

yeahhhh....WCC uses them too!!! how far in advance do you need to go for the cake tasting? i'm a september bride...still plenty of time, right?
i also want them to make a surprise groom's cake for my future hubby...they do really cute themed things!!!
