I know this has probably been asked a million times, but for people who have been to a wedding in the dome room, what is the max # of guests that it can hold comfortably?

I had 176 and my guests were prtty comfortable. I'd say anything around the 225 mark is a safe assumption.

The max is 250 people, but that is tight! I would stay around 225 the most.

200 max.... i almost got that room but the general manager told me if i went to 225 it would be CRAZY tight...look at it this way - every single room there is GEORGOUS!

My reception is in the Dome Room...My minimum is 200, and they told me up to 225 is comfortable. I think the absolute max is 240 or 250.

It's 300...that's what we were told when we first booked them, the minimum is 200 for a Saturday night.
ETA: I don't see how in the world 300 people would fit in that room, I had 225 and it seemed tight.

I am freaking out a little because I have 255 on my guest list and was hoping to have around 225 that actually respond yes, but if 225 is kind of tight, maybe I should cut it down a little more. I guess the closer I have to 200 guests the better.

Wow...that's a lot of yeses you are expecting! We had 251 on the list, and it looks like we'll come in around 170. (We're in the Dome room)

I'd also love to see them get 300 in that room...That's insane! I saw it set up for 210 when we booked and there's NO WAY you could get another 90 people in that room without sitting on laps!

My sister had her wedding there and she had 220 guests in the dome room. It was perfect.

I have been to about 4 weddings in that room ranging from 190-240 people, and everyone in the room will be comfortable with about 225 people or less. I would not go more than that!

I am a Dome bride and I think 250 is pushing it with say 10 ppl per table.
I think no more 225 will work.
This is what you should..... I first the room was too big for my min of 150 and then asked my BM to see the room set up for close to my number of 175.
I saw the room set up for 130 and it stil have room left....
i do not think we hav tooo much to worry about. Just do not go over 250
