Hello ladies, I have the deluxe 9 menu. I was wondering if you ladies could help me out with what appetizers are good to be passed around? Also what in the world are potato croquette? LOL anyone have a picture?? lol thank you!!!

My wedding is in less than 2 weeks, but i didnt think they had passed apps.. i thought everything was buffet style for cocktail hour.
I guess ill find out soon..
As for the potato thingys I think they are like a mashed potato balls that have a breading around them.. If I am wrong someone correct me.. I just know Fh was excited...

you will get a list of what to pick from when you go for final menu meeting. Everything in the CH is buffet style thats how its done, not passed around. For CH you get a big sheet of paper with all your choices, and you pick for example 11 chaffing dishes, then pasta station you pick, and so on, its a pretty long list.
LOL you probably had one before its pretty popular. Its mashed potato on the inside and the outside is breaded

I just had my meeting last night with Anna at Jericho Terrace-she is the one that orginizes everything and you choose everything with her.
She is phenominal. I have my final meeting in two weeks with my Matra' D. They gave me so much homework. Be prepared to take a lot in that day...
Dont stress I just have my final meeting last night. I just filled in the papers and next week im going to bring in the boxes of favors and placecards and all the other stuff they said to bring. As long as your guest list and tables are set and you fill out the other papers youll be fine. . I met with Linda, who are you meeting with? Linda was great!

how soon before your meeting did they contact you? im wondering when we will go for our first meeting - our wedding is in about 43 days!

Did you also pick your Matre'D? How do they choose someone who is best for you??? I am anal, so I'm going to need someone who is going to be on top of everything b/c I'm quick to flip out lol and I don't even want to know of any problems on my day
