Jericho Terrace or Chateau Briand

No doubt - Chateau briand!! I have been to both many times. Jericho has a million people in the lobby at once - brides everywhere and it is very confusing. One of my best friends got married at Chateau a couple of years ago and everyone still raves about her wedding. People I know that have had parties at Jericho have been disappointed.

I've been to weddings at Chateau Briand and I'm having my wedding at JT's.

Chateau Briand didn't have the feel we were looking for...but JT did...in terms of food...to me both JT's and CB's food was almost the same.

I have been to a wedding at JT and thought it was gorgeous. My cousin got married there so I didn't want to look like I copied here. I have never been to CB so I don't know what it looks like inside. I am not crazy about the location- from the street it doesn't look like much. I hear it is nice in the inside, but first impression to me is that it doesn't look like a catering hall from the street.

Random question, why does it matter what it looks like from the street? Granted I got married there but I didnt pick or visit halls because they looked like catering halls from the street.

If FH does not want to use the same hall, why did you go there in the first place?

Maybe she had her heart set on going there and he said he was willing to go check it out. Maybe after they went he thought about it more and decided he doesnt want to because his brother got married there.

You cant even see if from the street, only the top of the building. You have to go up the driveway to actually have a view of the whole place.

I drove by there for years and didnt know that it was there. I knew there was some type of waterfall going all the time, but didnt know it was a catering hall.

i drive by CB ALL the time, and to me it looks like a catering hall from the outside lol. I have never been to an event there, but ive always known it was a catering hall. You cant see the WHOLE place when you drive by but i think you can still see a decent amount of it. Even JT you cant see the WHOLE place from the street but you can tell.
