Ok, so I mentioned a while back that the guy who shares office space with my company was being a d*ck. Decided he was going to stop saying hello or goodbye or even being at all civil because, as he put it, he's sick of being the only one who buys toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Get over it, you're 37. Also, I work for my boss, who is the one renting the space. If my boss told me to buy sh*t, I would. But as I am not a sole propreiter here and I work for a larger company, I don't feel I should have to buy my own TP.
So this all started in January. He was nice for like 3 weeks and then decided to be a jerk again. We were out of TP - like OUT - so I reluctantly bought 2 packs of 4 after bringing in two rolls at home. I am the only girl - so yes I use it a lot more - but what would he have done if he sat down to use it and there was none?? Then, we were out of soap, and everyone - well, me my boss and him - were using the soap in the kitchen. Again, I reluctantly bought some soap since I was sick of using the kitchen. NOW, there are no paper towels. I brought a kitchen towel from home and leave it under my desk so that I can dry my own hands - I will be dammed if I am going to be seen as the one who will break down and buy everything. And it's worse that I am the woman - my sister already thinks that is why no one is buying anything, because they know the woman will take care of it.
Here's the kicker ... the jerk is just using the bathroom now without washing his hands at all. I think he's probably not using my soap on principle, and he figures, if I am not going to use the soap, what's the point?
First of all, that's gross. And second of all - GROW THE F UP!!!!!!

I totally want to just be like, D*CK, what the F is your problem, but you know what? He is kinda mean when he is mad, and 1) it's better to just ignore each other, 2) he would probably say something that I would not be able to respond to wquick enough with a good response, 3) I don't care anymore - I gave up. I am the kind of person who will really try to be nice - I mean, I kept saying hello and goodbye for like a month - and one day I was like, WHY???
I will have to work with him soon on a project (he is our editor, we are a prod. co) and that will s u c k but until then, I am acting like he's not even here, because he is not worth my time.
He has been dating someone for like 7 years. Says he doesn't believe in marriage because he doesn't want kids, so why bother?

I totally was going to! But I don't want my boss thinking I am being petty. That is why I bought it - and the soap - in the first place. My boss is a very forgetful but nice person - he probably doesn't realize we are out of paper towels, and just uses his jeans when he needs to dry them. I would get reimbursed for everything I buy - our co. is owned by a larger one that does that - but it's the principle.
I wonder if the jerk knows I get reimbursed and isn't buying it because of that reason - that I should because then no one really pays for it?

Know what's funny about it? Back in August, when we first began renting here and when he was being a normal nice guy, I offered to buy a towel that we could use in the bathroom instead of paper towels so 1) we could save money and 2) we could save trees. He said - and I quote - 'Well, I just figured paper towels were more sanitary.'
Nothing's less sanitary than you not washing your hands, dude.

Yeah, I do NOT get women who think it's ok to piss on the seat and not clean it up. Even if you think you are in your home -- who leaves that at home??? If I dribble, it's wiped down before I leave the bathroom, end of story. People are grosssssss. (That's my word of the day apparently, I've used it in like 4 posts, complete with 6 s's. It definitely drives the point home, don't you think?? )
