That's very sad. I really enjoyed him...so sad.... I feel badly for his family as well, only 69. He was a great actor.

I was so shocked when I heard this morning that he died. He was such an icon for those of us in the theatre. He just recently recieved an award for the most performances by an actor in the history of American musical theatre. The acting world (film and theatre) has lost a great force.
