I AM BEYOND DONE - WE HAD MISSED OUR PAYMENT DAY BY ONE DAY.. THEY JUST CHARGED US $300 IN A 'LATE FEE' AND THEY DO NOT NEGOTIATE LATE FEES.. STAY AWAY FROM LITTMAN JEWELERS.. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANITY! THE SUPERVISOR ON FOR THE NIGHT HUNG UP ON ME AFTER SPEAKING OVER ME FOR THE LAST 10 MINUTES... GRRRRRRRRRRRR

The best part was when I asked the manager for her first and last name she told me 'i am not obligated to give you that information'... well just filed a BBB complaint.. after being customers of this company for YEARS.. tata littmans... we may have to find a new store...

isnt there a law that regulates late charges. I dont think they can charge you over a certain percent. That seems crazy to me. If you havent already, call their corporate office.

$300 for a late charge sounds illegal. Theres only a certain amount they can charge you. I would report to the BBB if were you and they are obligated to give you there name if they are the manager.
