I plan on wearing a solitaire pendant with a little diamond on the day of. I am debating on which earrings to wear. Either matching ones or just plain pearl solitaires. My sister prefers the plain ones better. She thinks I would be able to wear the plain ones more after the wedding. I'm undecided.
I LOVE the ones with the diamond, but that is true, you can wear the others on an every day basis where as the pearls with the diamonds are much fancier. But do you wear pearls??? I am not an earring person so I would go with the fancier pearls with the diamonds and just wear them on special occasions. That's just me though. If you think you will wear the pearls everyday if you have them, then go for the plain pearls so that way you will get more use...

Yea the ones with the diamonds are pretty. I was leaning towards them because they are fancier and was thinking I should be fancier for my wedding. But I may get more use out of the plain ones. I like both of them. Don't know what to do?!?!

I had a similar situation... I had a choice between two earrings, one was a diamond flower, and one was the same diamond flower but it has two of them connected (one on top of the other... so there was one as the post, and then one dangling below it) They are both beautiful and I was leaning towards the dangling ones because they are fancier but when I tried them on, one of them sat weird. I think the jeweler did a rush job because when I switched ears it sat wrong on the other ear too... so I decided that that would make my decision for me... but had it sat perfectly then I would have gone with the doubles. The way I look at it is, it is your wedding... your one and only day to be the center of attention princess, so do it up! I think you WANT the diamond ones, but just want to justify buying something that you may not wear everyday. But so what~ you can break them out on special occasions... like dinner out with FH... I say go with your gut and go with what you like the best. Maybe FH will buy you a different pair of earrings for the holidays or for your one year anniversary
