Jewelry question!

I picked up my dress, and while there bought a three strand chocker style necklace. I don't have a picture of it, but its very basic, just 3 strands of fake pearls next to each other. Do you guys think it goes with the dress?

Edited to mentioned that I picked up my dress yesterday, and it will be hanging in my living room until February fittings.
