Jewelry upstairs at TriCounty

For those who bought wedding rings or other 'real' jewelry at one of the numerous booths upstairs at TriCounty, why are they so inexpensive? I can't help but be a little hesitant to buy there. Is it safe? Is there a catch? We need wedding rings, and want to make sure we aren't getting tricked or something. Thanks.

Me and FH use Gabriel Jewelers we were recommended them from FH Aunt who buys a tremendous amount of jewelery from them and he gave me an awesome deal on an almost 2 carat wedding band.

Thanks for all the info, everyone. I don't know where we will go, but at least I feel more comfortable if we do buy from one of the dealers there.

I got my stuff appraised by n independent appraiser (wedding bands & all my wedding jewlery) and it appraised for at least what we paid for it! We got almost everything at Tri-County.
