Re: Jewish Bride Question
According to my experience, as well as my various planners, and Jewish wedding books, it is usually the Rabbi/Cantor, the bride and the groom's parents on either side of the officiant and the bride and groom who stands under the chuppah. Everyone else stands next to the chuppah on either side with the maid/matron of honor and the best man coming next and closest to the couple.

Re: Jewish Bride Question
We're interfaith, but I think we're going to model the logistics of our ceremony (processional, recessional, etc) after the christian tradition, so it will most likely be just us and the rabbi and priest under the huppah, with the BP next to it and our parents seated.

At my brother's interfaith ceremony, the Reform Rabbi did his thing UNDER the chuppah and the Episcopalaian Minister did his thing in FRONT of it. It was fine and it was lovely.
