This is what I need:

1) chuppah with flowers
2) 10 centerpieces for tables
3) Bridal BK and one maid of honor bouquet
4) 4 boutineers
5) small arrangement for bathroom
6) cocktail arrangement

I don't know what our exact total was, but the chuppah was $750, high CPs were $125 each. My parents have the contract, so I don't know the other ones of the top of my head, but the chuppah is the biggest expense.

Thanks! Does anyone else have a estimate of what they are paying the florist?

All 3 places I went to quoted me between $850-$1,000 for a Chuppah, which made me crazy knowing I could probably make one for $200. But, I also knew that I am NOT a good DIY person, so I sucked it up. My tall centerpieces are $200 each.

My flowers were between 6-7K. The hubbah was 1200.

I have seen simple chuppahs and I have seen over the top. I like handmade chuppah coverings with minimal flowers but since I'm pretty sure that they will be footing the bill on this one, I have to keep my mouth closed, nod and smile. I know it will be lovely.

I would love to have copied my parent's but I dont like white flowers. Their pictures are in black and white and her memory is not what it used to be. Though I have to say her pictures are amazing because FRED MARCUS himself took the pictures back in 1956. Now I couldn't even go near what that company would charge us for a similar photography package.
