Is the jillian michaels 30day shred worth buying? Does anyone actually see results with it? I'm bored of my other workout dvds and need a new one that will give good results!
i definitely think its a good workout....even though its only 20 minutes it kicks ur butt!

i was also thinking of starting a new workout routine...after reading these posts i think i might try it...is it expensive? i heard P90X is a really good workout but its a little too expensive for me...i keep thinking i'll spend all that money and not put my all into it, then feel guilty

welllll i just did it for the first time and i def feel the muscles that i worked!!! sooo not looking foward to feeling the pain tomorrow lol
