I went to go get the 30 day day shed but Barnes and Nobels were sold out so I got this one instead...I wonder which one is worse??? LOL....

I have the 30day shred. It's only a 20min workout, but it's tough! I'm pretty out of shape though. I can't do it everyday yet because my muscles get so sore!

I have the 30 Day Shred and the No More Trouble Zones. I prefer the second one, but got quicker results with the first.

30 day shred was tough at least for me. I only did it twice though lol I should really try it out again.

I use the one with Bob and the contestants from Biggest Loser. For the first two weeks it starts you off with a 30 minute workout and it's been great so for (lost 3 lbs and I'm just on my second week), the next two weeks the workout is longer and harder, and then so again with the last two weeks. So it sorta just eases you into it which I like.

I think I would be in way much more pain if I used a Jillian workout instead. That women kicks major a$$

if you have time warner cable, they have a bunch of jillian michaels videos FREE on demand They switch them every month or so too, so you have a good variety, plus a bunch of other exercise people.
