Did you ever find any prenatal yoga classes in nassau? I am looking to take some as well.

We were both looking...I haven't found any but I know you can take regular yoga and just let the instructor know you're PG and they will tell you whatever it is you need to modify. If you find anything let me know

I found out about a prenatal water aerobics/swimming class in nassau though.

I am taking prenatal yoga in west hempstead if you guys are intersted - let me know. Thursday nights from 7:30 - 8:30 and the girl is great.

The class is great - it's Thursday nights at 7:30 at a Karate school at 400 Hempstead Turnpike. The woman that runs it is Sarah DeCamello and you can reach her at 516 551 1158 or [email protected]. I paid for the series that started in January - 10 sessons for $100 so I assume she would just adjust it for you guys. I feel great after the class and I definitely think it's worth it.
